Angelica Stevenson, Founder and CRM Consultant

 Hi, I'm Angelica your freelance CRM assistant! A little about me, I'm passionate about start-ups, innovative solutions, process creation, implementation and training. I take personal joy in connecting people with projects, goals with the outcome.  In my first role after University working as Assistant to the Sales Director at Leading Independent Business Books Publisher and during time there, I was inspired by the Office Manager and her leadership. I too wanted to become the beating heart of the office, making the workplace an efficient hub of activity, ensuring my peers and higher management had every resource they needed to succeed.  In 2020, following the global pandemic I decided to diversify into PA / EA, Clerical services and Office Management.

There was just something about problem solving across everchanging categories, project scopes and wearing multiple hats, that excites me. From my 3.5 years as Office Manager and then Operations Manager within the sustainable, built environment managing the onboarding, project lifecycle from start to finishing, and managing the accounts across 600+ live sustainable construction projects across the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and Mauritius. These three years were crucial to my development,  being the beating heart of a busy central London-based sustainability consultancy; leading my team from an operational, structural and solution-based perspective. From Establishing and honing  new company processes from the ground up all the way to rolling out to new staff was rewarding. Establishing  a marketing process,  and creating unique content and filtering out whilst growing social channels. 

In my CRM  database experience,  I have been guardian to a CRM system in relation to measuring book sales,  managing client relationships, campus calling, international meetings and calls to lecturers far and wide within the Business discipline, running email marketing campaigns, data mining, data maintenance and ensuring GDPR Compliance. I am confident in building CRM systems and regulating them.


In September 2024,  I embarked on my Marketing Qualification journey with the Dublin Institute of Marketing. In February 2024, I was awarded Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP Professional, Level 7 Diploma). The course helped me hone my marketing skills covering but not limited to:

Fast forward to present day 2025, I decided to found Blaine as a reaction to the everchanging economic climate in the UK and the entire world, which subsequently affects individual everchanging business needs' and budget changes. With this in mind, Blaine accommodates those changes offering a range of unique, administrative and operational, creative business services that can be carried out exactly at the time your business needs for particular service at a daily and hourly business rate suitable to any business of any size.
